Steve Price, RN to Provide Musical Prelude at 2/5 Premiere of Consider the Conversation
Terry Kaldhusdal and I are pleased to announce that Steve Price will provide a musical prelude at the 2/5 premiere of Consider the Conversation at the Oconomowoc Arts Center beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Steve and his wife, Christina Amri, were among 62 people randomly selected for our "person on the street interviews" in New York City last April. As fate would have it, Steve is a singer/songwriter/nurse from northern California who happened to be in Manhattan on his honeymoon at that time and released an album in 2007 entitled "Awake". The CD is Steve's musical experiment of sorts where he hopes to expose and maybe change our culture's current attitude about end-of-life. His beautiful song "Farewell" is featured in the opening segment of our documentary film.
Prior to this project, Mr. Price had never written a song.
